That is not true. Retail does not hold that many shares. Most of the unassigned shares are held by the market makers, not retail, not insties.
The proxy will be approved, regardless of what is being said here. Just look how those votes have gone in the past years. No surprises. Proxy approved this Thursday, and the R/S next week, followed by a secondary. Markets telegraphed that message last week, and we are done. Why anyone is trying not to accept an obvious is beyond me.
