Did ADXS blow a deal over the weekend?

Kind of looks like there was some change in sentiment by somebody starting at 3:00PM on Friday.

Deals are wrapped up over the weekend. So their could have been buying in anticipation of a deal being announced today.

The selloff starting would indicate that ADXS mgt would blow the deal again, and also explains the selloff today.

ADXS mgt has driven away so many tutes

That the retail investor might actually have the power this election. 78% of shares is in retail hands, so while tutes usually vote with management, we only have to overcome 22%.

If 2/3rds of retail votes against mgt, retail wins.

that is an achievable goal and mgt is in trouble.
