Check out page 83 of the pear oriental annual report. a quick estimate gives me the idea that pearl owns about 20mio shares in CTGLF. Or a I mistaking?

12,4 mio HK$ = more or less 1,6 mioUSD valued around 0,075 is plus minus 22mio shares... about 5-6 % of total? Who owns the rest?

For the rest pearl doesn't seem to see CTGLF as core business. So at first sight they will not keep their shares.
