Onviously that’s nonsense. For anyone unaware, SEC investigations determine whether a company has defrauded investors. The public does not know if the SEC is investigating UNTIL the SEC publicly announces an enforcement action against the company.

They do NOT disclose the existence or non-existence of an investigation or any information gathered, everyone knows this.
