Go read Roger's releases in the past where he clearly states he anticipates on getting uplisted shortly after the audit is released. Im not the type to dig through crap trying to find it. It's there Plow.

Rumor last month was we'll get the audit before Feb 15th and now it's by the end of the month. Whatever!

He now has to release the 1st & 2nd Q to submit to the OTCMARKETS. Getting uplisted shortly after that is BS. It can take weeks and weeks.
