anytime a company is involved in litigation,the lawyers almost always issue gag orders so as not to complicate things

as zn has noted on website and in their filings: "We believe these claims are frivolous and without merit, and we are waging a vigorous defense."

I believe the claims are frivolous as i have posted at length many times- and zn has continued to comply w all disclosure obligations and been pretty open considering the cicumstances
