flipper, regarding ccnu/lomustine, I was told by AVII that treatment with TMZ alone resulted in a mPFS of 16.7 months. I just looked through a number of publications whose mPFS for patients with methylated MGMT who were treated with RT and temozolomide ranged between about 9.6-14 months.
This German trial with a mPFS of 16.7 months represents the longest time between enrollment and PFS that I came across.

Of course trials may exist whose time interval from enrollment to mPFS is even longer but if so I may have simply missed them. However I am now also wondering whether you may be right and the degree of methylation in this German study did play a part in extending the time to progression?
