Yes, Kelper satellites are still open speculation from last year. Kepler will be launching it's 3rd satellite TARS in the middle of 2019. So, yes Kepler a company with satellites, the ability to get them in space, with the rights to have them in orbit.

ANDI and Utopya started up about the same time Kepler did. I still find this interesting and continue to follow Kepler's progress with their mission of getting 140 satellites up by 2023.
