Apostle, to put the Reverse Split issue to rest...

First, I didn't say that I learned what I did because of an email I received. I said that I learned what I did because of picking up the phone and calling the company. Heck, an email still would have been fine since they have given investors their emails and phone numbers in their PRs to reach out to them to answer questions.

Also, everyone in the public has the same access to information so it's not Inside information. They have emails, social media, and phone numbers all over the place, to include contact info within their PRs, for anyone, to include yourself, to reach out to them and ask them whatever you like. They have been one of the most consistent companies/stocks that I have ever seen with the flow of information to their shareholders in my over 25 years of investing.

Greg Rotman told me what I posted when I called and asked him about the possibilities of a reverse split and the increase in the Authorized Shares (AS). He told me what he told others that I know that called too which is what I posted in response to you below:

The Apostle, why the AS increase is a non-issue:

As for the reverse split, a reverse split was not submitted to FINRA. It was never approved to be executed by FINRA because VYST never submitted application to do the reverse split to FINRA to be approved. That's why you won't see one.

Respectfully, you "totally" misinterpreted the 10-Q and what was stated regarding the possibility of a reverse split. The VYST 10-Q clearly stated that there was an approved Board Resolution from the majority shareholders and the Board of Directors to "authorize" a reverse stock split at a range from 1:5 through 1:50 anytime over the next 12 months "at the Board’s discretion" which means if they deem it fit to ever need one. This is exactly what I had explained within the post below for why there was a good chance that we might not ever need one:

Here is the VYST 10-Q to read under NOTE 12 SUBSEQUENT EVENTS on Page 20:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1308027/000138713118006316/vyst-10q_093018.htm

This is why when some were spreading the rumor of a reverse split this coming week, it was false and misleading. I don't promise much within the market, but I promise you we won't be seeing a reverse split this coming week as some were incorrectly stating and spreading around.
