Chemist, I totally agree with what you've written about how enormously RCP has grown their AUM over the years. And you also wrote:

Right. And it seems, from the rational given by Alpert & Webb last year in that March 31, 2018 letter, that the merger into PIOE was done precisely to incentivize the 2nd generation of guys/gals at RCP to keep their growth going.
