How far has RCP come since its earliest days??

The oldest filing for RCP I could find on Edgar was from 4/21/2004:

It is a Form D for RCP Fund II:

It shows they raised $46.6M out of an offering of $125M.

So RCP has gone from $46M in 2004 to now over $5B AUM (over $6B if you count the ~$1B still in RCP 1) in 2018. I'd say that's a pretty fantastic growth record. They probably can't keep up that kind of growth, but still, you have to respect how far and how fast they have come the past ~15 years.

My conclusion is, don't underestimate their abilities!!
