And there's a decent chance that Lisa may gett at least some months in DaHole unless she rolls over on DaHubbyFelon. And the dolt-brother, Chairman-Stooge Jeffy, might gett time also, butt I'm pretty shure he'll sell DaFoleyFelonReCONvicted ~OUTT and skate with a fine, restitution, civil forfeiture, and probation IF he does roll over and provide evidence and testimony against DaFOleyFelonReCONvicted.
Because I'll bett and give long odds that DaFoleyFelonReCONvicted will absolutely take this to trial (with a crappy CJA freebie lawyer) because he has nothin' to deal and even a best-case for him plea agreement he's looking at serious double-digit years in DaHole. So he may as well (1) stall for time if he makes bail, which he likely will, and (2) take his 0.0001% chance of acquittal on all counts by a jury he believes he can buffalo (because he's an egomaniac who's drinking his own delusions).
I expect either or both of Dullard Jeffy and/or Lisa to roll over and provide good evidence and testimony at DaFoleyFelonReCONvicted's trial. And there will be one - and we're tawking about the criminal one here. The SEC will move first civilly, which tees up the criminole indictments.
DaPholees are so phooked. They really are. The only chance that kid has is to run away and find some decent foster parents - non-relatives - and change his last name and never look back. Just tell people that his parents were killed in some bizarre accident and reinvent his past.
