It's cold outside and the ground is covered with snow,,,,I've got the sidewalks and other stuff cleaned off,,,went out and visited the deer and other animals that are trying to dig up something to eat in my fields and got bored so I thought I would post a message,,,.
AMFE,,,,oh AMFE,,,,been a long road here,,,,longer for some of you other longs here for sure,,,,lots of ups and great things have happened with our SP in the past,,,,the company started building towards being something great,,,something that we all new we would be proud to be part of,,,,something that was going to corner a side of the masses that has been missing from family and friends for a long,,long time,,,....togetherness,,comeradity,,fun,,laughter,,,,,a time out with others at a board game cafe that would etch a remembrance forever of a get together with whomever it may have been,,,a night out on the town,,,,. There were also other subs that looked to corner a needed side of the MJ sector,,,,was going to clean up the impurities of growing a crop and bringing it to market with a clean bill of health every time,,,,growers would not have to worry about a condemned crop because of some kind of impurity that surfaced,,,,. The stock was on a tear and folks didn't think there was anything that was going to stand in our way,,,sure we thought there would be ups and downs along the way but,,,we thought it would mostly be just that ,,,,some ups and some downs,,,,,things were going to just keep getting better and better,,,,clear blue sky was in front of us,,,we were booming over the horizon,,,,AAAHHHH,,,,we finally found our stock that was going to bring us to life,,,,we were going to celebrate big time,,,,,I remember,,,don't you?? man we were having fun,,,and this board was fun,,,,we all wanted to post something,,,,we were brothers and sisters,,,,kinda like a family,,,,for the most part we were a family and welcomed anybody to come on in and join us,,,,the light was on and our ship was sailing,,,.
So we were doing good,,,but we needed to get off this pinky platform,,,,get away from this gutter market,,,we needed to get in front of bigger folks,,,,make ourselves available to these big guys out there,,,,they need to be part of this company also,,,,get in front of bigger eyes and let them take our ship to deeper seas,,,. We needed to get on these bigger platforms so that all this can happen,,,,OTCQB,,,,QX,,,NASDAQ,,,,thats where the bigger folks will find us,,,,,......All we got to do is get a three year audit in the works,,,,get it completed,,,,present it to the OTC or SEC or whomever to get uplisted,,, and we will be on our way,,,RIGHT,,,,,RIGHT!!!!,,,.
Well 16 months or so later,,,,and we are not there yet,,,,its been a hard road to handle since this audit got started and many folks have walked away,,,,,they said it would never happen,,,,not going to get done,,,,you can kiss all this goodbye,,,look where the SP is,,,,you'll never get it back,,,its all a big lie,,,,.. Then,, there are the folks that are believers,,,,they have rode a long way with this ride and they have seen a lot,,,,to be honest,,a lot of things haven't been going as they have planned,,,,the cafes were not opening as projected,,,this audit play was not happening as they were hoping,,,,auditors were telling us this,,,,and then that,,,over and over,,,,our CEO was getting egg on his face and thrown under the bus by many,,,[right or wrong is each their own],,,time is going by and it seems as though nothing is going to happen,,,,and we are being told over and over that this stock is no good,,,,look how our SP has gone down,,,,the end is near,,,,get out while you can they say,,,,,,,,,,,,,.
Well,,,,,I am one of those longs that have been along for a lot of this ride and,,,,,I'm staying put,,,,you will not convince me that AMFE is not going to get this audit done,,,,two years are in the books,,,,the company is growing HUGELY while this up listing process is continuing,,,,.Just as many,,,many other times when this company said it was going to do something,,,for the most part it got it done,,,,no one is perfect in all that they try to do and most certainly in the time frame that it was hoped to have gotten done in but,,,,mostly the things did get done,,,,even if it was later then expected,,,,. These projects are going to be completed,,,,we are going to get this audit done,,,,we are going to uplist,,,,we are going to have a spin off,,,,we are going to get in a place where the big boys can float this ship,,,,we are going to complete and ship our own board games,,,,we are going to develop many more board games in the future,,,we are going to expand across the US with S&L,,,,not only the US but the world,,,,WORLD DOMINATION,,,,Our Gro3 project will come to fruition around the world,,,,the company is going to fix a lot of the needed to be fixed areas in its core and,,,,this family of AMFE folks will get to where we want to be with a big happy smile on our faces and,,,,,I believe it is about to happen in very short order,,,,.
