Sole people out here who are deemed 'respected' should know better. Thay arr either stupid or purposefully misleading with all the nonsense regarding what was said on the phone. The ONLY relevant issue here is what is happening in the courts...and there's much to still be decided there...that IR folks will nit bw able to diseminate in any informed way.

This is fsr from my first rodeo with these BK plays. Never in my trading career have I ever known a decision re: commons to come from IR...in the midst of ongoing court precedings none-the-less.

Maybe NoDummy or OTC or someone better informed than I can point to an example of this beimg the case?!? lolzz
