You posting generalities...tha though are true with most BK plays, need to be evaluated against the actusl court precedings.

That's why I find it laughable when folks trade this based on posts and what they are getting from some 212 or 888 number. The facts in the case HAVE TO come from the judge...and enough is already out there...as of Thursday...to allow people to postulate that, at a dime, the gamble far exceeds what can be expected in Las Vegas...as you are suggesting.
