You just totally blew off my facts, that there's already been ONE litigation filed for $300M, which ALREADY exceeds the amount of the general unsecured claims of $267M.


FACTS. Can't argue with facts.

If just this one lawsuit gets the full $300M in damages, that leaves $33 million for existing common.

$33M/53M = $.63C per share
