Yeah that’s correct - any common holders on the emergence date will get Class B Litigation Trust Units - there is a potential for a recovery. Most BK have zero recovery for common, this one has a chance.

Only 53m shares outstanding - so if the Litigation Trust proceeds pay off the General Unsecured and there is say $53m left, common would get $1 per share.
