The FACT EVAPORATE is changed to Phase 4 IMO is significant, this is directly due to the FDA scheme of drug approvals. For EVAP to be labeled by the NIH as Phase 4 two prior acceptable Phase 3 placebo controlled trials are needed (FDA scheme). IMO this means that on or about 2-12-2019 the FDA confirmed JELIS as Vascepa second trial....I assume Amarin has been made aware of the Clinical Trial changes ......
