My sentiments exactly. One way or another we will find out whats at the end of the rainbow. I doubt LT will pay off PIERS and make us wait another year while waiting for LIBOR suits to resolve?? I doubt it. Rosen already said last year that he wanted to bring this to a close ahortly after distribution to PIERS.

So either we get a big F you shortly after PIERS pay off or we get a big "Surprise!! Look where at this pot of gold that just showed up"
