On February 4, 2019, Spectrum Global Solutions, Inc. SGSI (the “Company”) entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) with WaveTech Global Inc. (“WaveTech”), a Delaware corporation, and the stockholders of WaveTech.
