40 million shares of spike in volume took VDRM from .0028 to .0079 in two days in early August of 2018. That was right after the letter to shareholders got published I think. That letter certainly had a material tone of possible deals getting done. Timed correctly these moves are significant potential percentage changes in PPS.

Todd actually posted that he bought shares at .0029 despite all IHUB posting being of a negative nature. The post might still be there from 08/18. Some people speculate that perhaps he and other “truth speakers” actually coyly want cheap shares to go long. Nearly every OTC stock is also worthy of saving naive gullible deluded investors from the pain of wasting away their hard earned money.
