Two Congressional bills in the works, will send the U.S. MJ sector, and the Hemp/CBD industry sky-ward.

"The States Act", co-sponsored by Senators Gardner (CO,) and Warren (MA)....the bill, essentially, says that if it’s legal under state law, it’s also legal under federal law.

H.R.420, "The Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol Act"....Rep. Earl Blumenauer (OR) filed a bill to remove marijuana from the federal Controlled Substances Act.
