Turns out that the Arthur Andersen case was overturned unanimously by the supreme court. The court ruled that the prosecution made up the laws that Anderson allegedly broke. Of course it didn’t matter by then the company was dead. Just another risk out there. Fishers prosecutor is looking for a kill. The team that took down our three Anderson has now moved on to bigger and better things as they form the Polk of the special prosecutor‘s office
