Is it free to present at main ASCO?; I repeat.

If there are too many abstracts submitted, who gets priority?
Is there a grace and favor system in operation?

I suspect NWBO wouldn't get the platform anyway.

How is it less of an infommercial to present at main ASCO?
How much 'peer review' do the chosen abstracts get, if they are not published in advance. I suspect only a few select 'peers', see an abstract in advance.

That's like asking "what's the difference between buying a Purple Heart at the Pawn shop vs earning one in service to your country."

That's a strange metaphor, when it is widely known that BP buys influence everywhere, and buys others primary research, rather than earning it or doing it.
