Mallinckrodt most likely has already seen Phase 1 results, and now has the drugs and facilities for Oncolix to continue Phase 2 or rollover Phase 3 to continue and be effective. Oncolix with only 5% of the market on this drug is worth over $1 Billion...so Mallinckrodt took stake for trade on drugs/facility.
