I hope you realize that a Brian Connell wrote that Harbinger report on SHMP. Connell is the CFA of Casson Media Group. As an unaffiliated third party to SHMP Casson was the company that paid Harbinger $5,000.00 for the report.
The OTC has already questioned SHMP previously for such promotions and looks like the most current promotional activity will be under scrutiny as well.
