Hearing and decision maybe.
I am not sure how this redone trial system will work. But if you remember the first time around we had the submission (they are using the same), oral arguments (new), Initial decision (vacated), additional submissions, objections to submissions, final decision.
From Initial decision to the time the supreme court stuff started it was like 6 months, at least thats what I remember
