I don't see it as a serious health safety issue as compared to "energy compounds" or other herbal concoctions that lead to E room visits. More like "heart healthy" cooking oils, which, unlike what it sounds, don't do anything beneficial in terms of more making someone healthier. Warnings, yes. Going after "science has shown... AD or cancer claims, yes. Hammer Down/Wrath of the US Government, no.
