I'm guessing the following is going to be negotiated within Amarin's First Amendment rights regarding Vascepa promotion:

Anti-inflammatory effects in diseases such as: cancer, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, dry eye disease, and age-related macular degeneration
