I don't know where the $1.00 is coming from. Not to be a Debby downer, but I thought tutes couldn't buy until $5 bucks as under $5 is a still a penny stock. This is what I found.

Stocks that trade below $5 are considered by Wall Street to be "penny stocks." ... Stocks that trade below $5 are considered so risky that institutional investors, including pensions and mutual funds, aren't allowed to buy penny stocks and can even be required to sell securities that fall below the $5 mark.Dec 1, 2016

This doesn't even clearly explain it either a little more recent.
I'd like to see something more relevant.
