I think there is a ways to go before they get to GNC/Costco/Rexall "fish oil" over purity or QC issues. High concentration/claimed high purity EPA might be a different matter once V has the Reduce It indication, depending on DS/drug issues or claims for CVD treatment. Amarin's/FDA's effectiveness will be a matter of resources applied and the video I saw on emergency room visits from DS didn't seem to indicate fish oil as a significant part of the problem that's drawn their attention...
