Senti, I forgot to mention the importance of cancer prevention. This is one of the most overlooked / under-emphasized approaches to dealing with great increase in cancer incidence. It’s a huge subject itself but extremely important.

Unfortunately I haven’t read this particular book, but I’ve read Epstein’s key works on cancer and he’s an expert on the topic.
