Reread the pr and Mide's post: a new GM was appointed on Oct. 31st and the disgruntled, former GM filed phony BK papers three days later, when he had no authority to do so. GTEM management did exactly the right thing: put out a pr which describes the replacement of Klaus but avoids discussing a non-material event which never occurred.
