sentiment_stocks,

I'll give him a hint..33+/-(1)=~10% of total which equals 33% of SOC/placebo. If my theory about a stealth crossover holds any water then 6 to 7 would probably create some confoundment issues as they had not PFS evented yet and we know that methylated patients seem to be doing quite well on treatment and even unmethylated patients are doing well against historical norms percentage wise. I understand the limitations of this comparison but it's what we have to work with coupled with the fact that all patients past the hold were enrolled into treatment arm only:). By the way flipper44 made a good case for why there might not be much confoundment by crossover but verbiage at the ASM indicated that this had to be taken into consideration and I believe there is a really good chance that late pseudoprogression patients from SOC/placebo did benefit as well as any stealth crossover patients. This confoundment concern is another clue to me that a stealth crossover occurred as late pseudos by themselves should have been fairly limited. Best wishes.
