I agree. Facts do matter. I never used the number 1 billion shares. What I said -- and it is a fact -- is that 600,000,000 shares were added to the OS. 300,000,000 were added in November of 2018 and another 300,000,000 were added in January of 2019. It's right there in black and white. >>

What we don't know is whether those 600,000,000 shares include the 325,000,000 restricted shares which were available to free trade on January 08, 2019. I believe they were not included because the 300,000,000 shares added to the OS in were added on January 1, 2019 -- a week before the 325,000,000 restricted shares were available to come off restriction.

Once again, I've written to William White three times since November and asked if the float was going to be updated publicly and three times I was told -- politically correctly -- that it was no one's business. Imagine that! Maybe you will have better luck than me if you write to him and ask. Then we will know exactly what is the current float.

Regardless, in about a month the fiscal Q2 report will be disclosed and maybe then we will know. Maybe??? But if history is any judge, I wouldn't count on "Mr. Transparency" being THAT transparent to the shareholders..
