Not if William White has anything to say about it. Since October 31, 2018, 600,000,000 shares were added to the OS.

What is not known is whether those 325,000,000 shares referenced by White have become free trading. Adding the 600mil shares to the possibly free trading 325mil shares -- well -- that is a lot of shares.

I'm sure there will be posts that look like this >> "You can't prove any of those 925mil shares are free trading...can't prove there is any dilution." And that would be correct. No one can prove it because White refuses to update the float.

Write to William White and ask him what the current float is and let us know how you made out. After all, he is being praised as being very transparent, correct? He should willingly answer your question, yes?
