The Press Release was nice & very informative for those that know a little about Investment Banking. If not, one might be clueless. Obviously, SWS is a subsidiary of ANDI and is in the business of water treatment. We all know SWS signed LOI's a while back to acquire a couple companies. This most recent step was to obtain up to $30 Million dollars necessary to make those and other acquisitions happen. It's a necessary Evil unless someone knows someone with $30 Million laying around. No doubt, things are evolving. This is a whole new ball game with White at the helm. He doesn't appear to be pumping anything and he appears to be "righting the ship" by developing two functional business models, phones & water treatment. But, this is a process with more steps to come. I like the direction we are heading. Remember, not all Press Releases will translate directly on the share price immediately.
