I agree Toxic. Hopping in and out of LOIs and MOUs is easy and makes great fodder for SP spikes and pumps. Delaying fins is Calculated and Conniving ....Unethical. I’m glad i got the heck outta this one back at 10-23. I feel fortunate and if I was an investor now I’d dump this ASAP. The gig is up.
