I'll call to confirm on what you say, however what do you expect a reverse would accomplish with the O/S where it is? I don't see the company buying back shares and cancelling them to do an R/S. Just my opinion.
I've spoken to Mr. Garlin several times. I can say he's always been straight forward with me.
