Yes it is. Soon that 2 mil bidder will see that they need to hit the ask to get filled in that type of chunk. This ticker doesn’t haven that many shares for sale, not at this level.
Maybe over time within 1-2 weeks, but if news hits, it way too late at that point.

End point: whoever you are, move that **** up and clear the 3s and 4s, and possibly 5s.
