I don't believe SFOR is a pump and dump. I think the owners of this stock really believe that this stock can thrive into something big. Me personally I'm in the middle based on what I've seen in the last year and a half. It looks like it can go either way. Its pretty much buyers beware, we are all legally just gambling and etrade and others are just the casinos. Even the longs can benefit from a PPS upswing by just dealing some of the profits and not letting go of all it while still staying true to the belief of longterm progress if people on the outside see potential that brings more buyers which benefits longs and shorts
