not true. my comments are sensible. shmp technology is not proven. the only way to get to nasdq is with cash and assets. shmp has $6.5 mil in debt. the current valuation of the stock at this price is artificial. there is nothing to support the current valuation given the other fundamentals about the stock and the company. it will go back to .25 and below next week. i suspect it will drift back to around .10 for a bit and depending on if the dilution starts heavy between now and then, it could move down even further very quickly.
