100M would net around $48M, given already raised cash of $15M that would be more than enough to push us through BLA and some other trials while maintaining some payables on the balance sheet.

meaning: that would be the worst case if our glory partnership doesn't materialize.

As partnership shall happen within 1H19, so our carrot - and NP hinted again BLA completion maybe even 1Q19 .. the little raise makes sense.

Maybe $10M more is now required to get to $25M total,
meaning ~25M more shares for that goal.
We will see I guess.
