there are "white papers" on lots of different technologies and processes. i have written white papers for companies over the past 10 years and read many white papers by huge companies in the past 10 years that even have patented technology behind them but don't go anywhere. i don't see the $100 mil value in shmp at this juncture, and nobody knows what the balance sheet is going to look like or how much dilution is going to take place to pay debt that has not yet converted. nobody knows. it's a best guess. and for now, i think that the pps is fully valued and in fact, overvalued. i do not believe shmp is a buy or hold. i think it is a solid sell here.
