“Who you know” has a lot to do with how deals are struck in the DOD and aviation industry. Relationships take time to build which require a ton of patience. I’m more than confident that if there’s anyone who has a shot at striking a deal because of his reputation, it’s Mr. Terry. People keep in mind that one thing you have to give to TMPS is that they’ve only announced legitimate things. If we’re kept in the dark it’s because all these things take time and they don’t have anything important to bring up; let alone worth it to spend money eh on.
