Great post Abba! In my correspondence with Scott Terry, he said he might know a couple days before the announcement. He said these are very hush hush and that protocol as you mentioned must be followed to the highest degree. Scott has many connections to the Navy and I’m thinking that “who you know” is going to be important when they make their final decision. I like our chances here and your post was SPOT ON!!
