Aloha Third Leg, hope you are enjoying the beach and some High Test :).
I am looking at the warrant and option question by one of the people posting. Do you know how these were written up by chance?
It seems very counter-intuitive (from studying how Dan etc. operates and has operated in past endeavors) after my DD. His record shows build outs and a long game approach accompanying his M&A/Master Accounting Wizard background, adding value and scale to companies and shareholders as far back as his Deloitte days(as far as I can tell)!
Admittedly, I mentioned to everyone that after he stepped into the advisory role, it made me nervous, BUT now I can see why George Kveton was installed after studying him etc etc.
