Who lends someone 30mil with no collateral. Nobody does.



Uh, WRONG as usual on this board.......ever hear of asset-backed lending? Do a Google search and educate yourself.

My guess is SWS will be looking to acquire water-treatment plats or other physical assets that ARE the collateral themselves.
