If your DD was so great you should know, there are not many gold deposits left sitting around for years wait to be mined if any. And certainly a penny company does NOT have the equipment or money to mine the gold best they could hope for is some idiot with more money than sense buys the land for way more than what it is worth without checking it out. Technology is pretty good these days if there was gold there people would find a way to mine it. I own some land maybe there is gold on it? You want to buy a few acres? I’ll let it go for about 50 mil. Because there might be 10 mil worth of gold there? Who knows or you could find nothing! Just like this POS ticker!
