There is no "IPO". FUSZ is already public. IPO only happens when going public "Initially"..First time.

At this point, the market determines the price, based on regular daily trading, currently $7.50.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
